Alok Nidhi Gupta

As TalentRecruit’s Co-Founder & CEO, Alok has led the company from strength to strength, he has been instrumental in the entire design & development of TalentRecruit’s software offerings, it is under his leadership that recruiters across industries have come to rely on TalentRecruit’s robust solutions. Prior to co-founding Talent Recruit, Alok has over 20 years of experience in Automotive and Software Industry. In his previous avatar, he has worked with Munjal Auto, a Hero Group Company as Company Secretary and Legal Head. Under his tenure, Munjal Auto was nominated by ICSI among the best corporate governed company for two consecutive years. Alok has also lead Matrix Energy, as its Business Head managing entire business operations of the Company. Alok has built this high tech company from scratch as Co-creator of the organization and lead the organization that filed patents in Smart Metering fields. Alok is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Gold Medalist, LL.B & LL.M.
Arvind J
Director
Arvind J is a HR professional with 20+ yrs. of extensive experience spanning entire HR value chain. His experience spans across India, Middle East, ASEAN & US markets. Arvind is Global CHRO at DMI, US. Arvind has worked as CHRO in CMSIT Services & GM – HR in Wipro. University Topper & Gold Medallist. He has completed his Masters in Social Sciences & HRM from Pondicherry University, Alumnus of University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He was previously associated with Wipro Technologies, CISCO Systems, CMS IT & Ramco Systems in high business impact roles. He has travelled extensively and worked in the Americas, ASEAN and Middle East Region & developed the ability to work and engage with people from multiple cultures and nationalities. He believes that the HR function is about enabling & creating value for the organization through business outcomes.
Himadri Majumder
Co-Founder & CTO
A Technology Guru and a seasoned professional, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Himadri has over 21 years of experience in the IT industry and led multiple product development streams in large enterprises like ARC, PWC, Thomson Reuters and Hughes Software System to name a few. He has been instrumental in building high end engineering teams from scratch across multiple SaaS products. He is an industry veteran who has incubated, architected, implemented and scaled SaaS products to enable $10 million to $20 million in Annual Recurring Revenue within a span of 1 to 3 years. His capabilities and extensive experience add tremendous value to Talent Recruit’s advanced AI & Machine Learning based recruitment & on boarding technology platform.
Shalini Gupta
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Shalini is not just a Co-Founder and Director of the company, but it's driving force. Her rich experience of over 21 years in the HR & Banking domains has been instrumental in adding tremendous value to TalentRecruit’s product offerings. A Graduate in law and her experience, Spans both the Banking & HR Industry. In her previous avatar she has worked with HSBC Bank & ABN Amro Bank managing the Branch operations for Corporate and Trade Finance. Shalini is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also won the 'Circle of Excellence Award' for being one of the Top 25 Women who have “Made A Difference” in TA 2017 and was awarded Woman at Work - #MadeByHer – Star Winner Award 2017.
